Barça Ready for First Game at Upgraded Camp Nou this Saturday
The club confirmed their first game will take place at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou this Saturday. The club will host the Bilbao team in the Spanish league two and a half years following their departure so building work could begin.

Attendance will be limited with 45,401 fans will be allowed to watch based on approved permits. After final construction, it will accommodate close to 105,000 fans, up from the previous 99,000. Officials confirmed completed upgrades featured a new players’ tunnel along with upgraded changing facilities.
Recent Activities
Barcelona held an open training session on the home pitch in early November. Officials stated approval is being pursued from European football’s governing body to play their next home Champions League game versus the German side next month in the renovated venue. Their recent games have been held at Estadio Olímpic Lluís Companys.
